Return & Refund Policy

At The Ohana Roast, we want you to enjoy every order you receive. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging (if applicable)
  • Not listed as Final Sale at the time of purchase

To start a return, email us at theohanaroast@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with an update.
  • If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
